If you're looking for some inner peace, a calmer mind, to enjoy life more, to reduce stress, reduce anxiety & stop worrying all the time, then Mindfulness meditation is for you as it helps provide the knowledge and skills to be a better, happier you which will impact your life immediately.

 

Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment and non-judgmentally.​

What you will learn on this beginner's course:

 

-Mindful meditation

-How to bring mindfulness into your everyday life

-How to let go of fear, worry & anxiety

-How mindfulness can be used in times of stress and turmoil

-The steps to take to allow you to live in the present

-Ways mindfulness can help bring calm & peace of mind to your life

With Mindful Mealtimes you can learn to enjoy your food & drinks free of stress, feel full and satisfied and put an end to cravings.

The workshop will help you:
Be FREE of thinking about food & drinks

Regulate your weight

Learn to have a healthy relationship with food & drinks
Enjoy eating & drinking - guilt free
Eat & drink without counting calories
Eat & drink without looking at the fat/sugar content
 

The workshop includes some relaxation and a small amount of time meditating. Handouts / work book will be provided. The program is suitable for male/female 18yrs+ and will not require any physical activities, the relaxation and meditation will be sitting. The workshop will not provide any nutritional or dietary advice or meal plans, the focus is on understanding what and why you eat & drink what you do and learn how to understand your eating habits and your body.**The workshop is not suitable for anyone who is experiencing any eating disorders and/or is receiving medical advice from any Medical Professional or Nutritional Professional**
