Treat yourself to a day of solitude and peaceful silence in the beautiful surroundings of Wildfoot where you can fully connect with nature.

Take this opportunity to step back from your daily life and enjoy a moment of rest, to get in touch with yourself and find inner peace.

A day retreat is a great way to take time out and assess your life and help you to bring clarity to any challenges that might lay ahead.

This retreat will involve gentle, silent activities with breaks and a warm lunch where you can chat to others if you want to.


Come and enjoy a day of:-
- Meditation
- Walking in a peaceful ash tree wood and forest bathing (weather permitting)
- Gentle relaxation yoga
- Warming around an open fire

- Mindfulness teachings

Solitude frees the mind from all the distractions of everyday life and allows you to focus more easily on one thing at a time.

Solitude can:
- Spark creativity.
- Help you build mental strength.
- Give you an opportunity to plan your life.
- Helps you know yourself.


All you need to do is bring yourself, along with a notepad, pen, yoga mat and cosy blanket.

With Mindful Mealtimes you can learn to enjoy your food & drinks free of stress, feel full and satisfied and put an end to cravings.

The workshop will help you:
Be FREE of thinking about food & drinks

Regulate your weight

Learn to have a healthy relationship with food & drinks
Enjoy eating & drinking - guilt free
Eat & drink without counting calories
Eat & drink without looking at the fat/sugar content
 

The workshop includes some relaxation and a small amount of time meditating. Handouts / work book will be provided. The program is suitable for male/female 18yrs+ and will not require any physical activities, the relaxation and meditation will be sitting. The workshop will not provide any nutritional or dietary advice or meal plans, the focus is on understanding what and why you eat & drink what you do and learn how to understand your eating habits and your body.**The workshop is not suitable for anyone who is experiencing any eating disorders and/or is receiving medical advice from any Medical Professional or Nutritional Professional**
